Transforming generic commodities
Many seals and other critical components used in semiconductor or life science applications are catalog manufactured items. But the point of use demands of these industries are such that the components may need specialized inspection, cleaning to remove manufacturing residue, surface conditioning treatments to enhance performance, and custom packaging. Pacific Rubber is capitalized to take on these and other tasks and processes and provides them at a fraction of the cost you'd normally incur. Along with these processes comes all the document control, inspection, metrology, and certifications required to maintain batch-to-batch copy exact. |

Pacific Rubber offers a unique set of equipment and processes to meet your needs.
Inspection: Because many of our products are flexible elastomers our co-ordinate measuring machine features a video probe rather than a touch probe.
Cleaning: Rather than sub-contracting our cleaning processes we've brought them in-house. Consistent wet-cleaning of elastomers and polymers requires the specialized product knowledge that we've developed. Should this critical step be outsourced to a cleaner who doesn't understand elastomers? We think not.
Packaging: Our class 1000 cleanroom allows us to ship contaminant-free product that's ready for use, with no additional cleaning required at installation.
